身、心、靈原為一體，然而生命在行進中往往變得支離破碎。身為 FJM 人，我們透過信仰與自我覺察，首先協助自己重建並走向完整。唯有當我們的雙手經歷了進化的過程，才能擁有足夠的感知去「閱讀」身體的訊息，並傳遞訊息。

Body, mind, and spirit are inherently one, yet life’s journey often leaves them fragmented. As practitioners of FJM, we seek first to rebuild and move toward wholeness within ourselves through faith and self-awareness. It is only when our hands have undergone this process of evolution that we gain the sensitivity to “read” the body’s messages and respond in kind.

雙向的治癒 | Reciprocal Healing

這不僅是一場單向的給予，更是雙向的治癒。透過雙手的觸碰與對話，將理解、愛、安全感、復原、尊重與希望傳遞；在雙向的流動中，成就完整的全人。

This is not merely a one-way act of giving, but a reciprocal journey of healing. Through the touch and dialogue of our hands, we transmit understanding, love, security, restoration, respect, and hope. In this mutual flow, we achieve the fulfillment of the whole person.

FJM常務理事、教育長、首席講師。建置FJM培訓制度及課程，並發展FJM反射學全球評估及檢測制度，協助建置國際檢測暨教學中心。領導FJM實證工作團隊，與醫院、醫學院合作進行實證研究。著有多本吳若石神父全人反射健康法專業著作，包括與蔡淑鳳司長合著《未來健康：腳會說話》。(衛生福利部出版) (中/英文版)
Executive Director, Education Director, and Lead Instructor of FJM. Established FJM training systems and curricula, developed the global FJM reflexology assessment and testing system, and facilitated the setup of international testing and teaching centers. Leads the FJM evidence-based research team, collaborating with hospitals and medical schools on clinical studies. Author of several professional publications on Father Josef’s Method of Holistic Reflex Health, including “Future Health: The Feet Speak,” co-authored with Director-General Shu-Feng Tsai (Published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare) (Chinese/English editions).

中國醫藥大學醫學士、美國自然醫學大學博士班。中華民國中西整合醫學專科醫師，專長：腫瘤中西醫學整合治療、針灸處理不孕症、鼻過敏、肝炎及心血管疾病。現任臺灣輔助醫學醫學會理事長、育安診所院長。
MD from China Medical University and PhD candidate in Natural Medicine (USA). A specialist in Integrative Chinese-Western Medicine, focusing on integrative oncology, acupuncture for infertility, and chronic disease management. He is currently the President of TCMS and a clinical director.

FJM秘書長、國際督導。1996年起與吳若石神父共事，並從2014年起創立社團法人吳若石神父全人發展協會擔任秘書長至今，致力於建構全球各地專業團隊、證照認證及繼續教育等制度，且賡續更新出版品。
Secretary General and International Supervisor of FJM. Collaborating with Father Josef Eugster since 1996, she founded the Father Josef Eugster Holistic Development Association in 2014 and has served as its Secretary General ever since. She is dedicated to establishing professional teams worldwide, developing certification and continuing education systems, and continuously updating professional publications.

國立陽明大學生理學研究所博士。現職正修科技大學長期照護與健康管理系專任副教授；羅東聖母醫院、台東聖母醫院、康泰醫療教育基金會…等董事。曾任耕莘健康管理專科學校校長(2015~2023)，從事教學與學校行政34年。具FJM專業工作者資格。
PhD in Physiology from a National Medical University. Currently an Associate Professor of Long-Term Care and Health Management, and serves on the Board of Directors for several hospitals and healthcare foundations. He was the President of a Healthcare and Management College (2015-2023) and has 34 years of experience in academic leadership and teaching. He is also a certified FJM professional practitioner.

英國愛丁堡大學心理系哲學博士，現任長庚大學醫務管理學系教授。專長：1. 醫務管理方面：醫師行為與性格、健康生活品質的測量工具之發展、精神醫學繼續教育與人力資源發展，2.心理治療與測驗：焦慮症或壓力適應不良之治療、電腦應用與心理測驗之發展、心理衛生與教育。
PhD in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh (UK), currently a Professor at Chang Gung University. His expertise spans Healthcare Management (physician behavior, health-related quality of life metrics, and medical HR development) and Clinical Psychology (treatment for anxiety and stress, development of computerized psychological testing, and mental health education).
