在選擇方案前，請參考以下步驟完成報名：
1.選擇方案：選擇適合您的住宿與會議方案（方案一至三）。
2.加入購物車：點擊方案下方的「點此報名」按鈕。
3.加購行程：如欲參加額外行程，請點擊下方行程連結並加入購物車。
4.合併結帳：前往結帳頁面填寫資料並付款，收到確認郵件即報名成功。

【報名須知】
報名截止：即日起至 2026年 7月15日 止（或額滿為止）。
膳食選擇：本大會提供葷食與素食選項，請於結帳前勾選您的飲食需求。
退費政策：
於 7月 15日 前申請取消者，退還 90% 報名費（扣除 10% 行政處理費）。
於 7月 16日 至 8月 15日 申請取消者，退還 50% 報名費。
於 8月 16日 起，恕不辦理退費申請（因食宿及行政資源已完成配置）。
註：1.退費產生之匯款手續費，需由申請人自行負擔。
2.若因不可抗力因素（如天災、疫情封閉）導致活動取消，大會將另行公告退費或延期辦法。
【住宿重要提醒】
飯店安排： 本活動首選住宿為「台南福爾摩沙遊艇酒店」。
房間數量有限： 住宿名額有限，將依完成報名繳費之順序保留房間。
確認夥伴： 選擇「方案一（雙人房佔一床）」之參加者，請務必確認有夥伴後再行報名，以確保您的住宿權益。
Registration Process
Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:
1.Select a Package: Choose the package that best fits your accommodation and conference needs (Packages 1–3).
2.Add to Cart: Click the “Register” button located below your chosen package.
3.Optional Tours: To join additional tours, click the tour links below and add them to your cart.
4.Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page to fill in your details and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

【Registration Information】
• Deadline: From now until July 15, 2026 (or until full).
• Dietary Requirements: Both meat and vegetarian options are available. Please indicate your dietary preferences at the checkout page.
• Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made on or before July 15: 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies).
• Cancellations made between July 16 and August 15: 50% refund.
• From August 16 onwards: No refunds will be issued due to pre-allocated resources.
• Notes: 1. Any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the applicant. 2. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related closures), the organizing committee will announce alternative refund or postponement measures separately.

• Hotel Arrangement: he preferred hotel for this event is the Formosa Yacht Hotel, Tainan.
• Limited Availability: Room availability is limited. Rooms will be reserved based on the order of completed payment.
• Rooming Partners: For those selecting Option 1 (Shared Room), please ensure you have a designated partner before registering to secure your accommodation rights.
